Make yourself a priority. When we are young we never think of what the future holds. I have seen so many people walk through my doors complaining of issues that could have been avoided with a little bit of "cross training" and self care.
This video series is full of videos that some of you have been asking about for years. They are anywhere from 5 minutes to 50 minutes. Each of them is tailored to you and what I have seen. Many of them may look familiar to you because they include the little kinesiological and proprioceptive tools that I have given as homework.
